The CIRCA collective is structured around a core of philosophical research open to occasional collaborations with architects, theorists, artists, and scientists who share an interest in embodied cognition and spatial thinking.
CIRCA sees itself less as a formal group than as a reflective framework, a space for welcoming and facilitating dialogue between research projects exploring the links between architecture, perception and knowledge.
CIRCA is currently led by:
– Anne Tüscher, lecturer and researcher in philosophy and cognitive sciences applied to architecture.
CIRCA collaborates or exchanges with several research programmes and projects :
– ArCANE (ANR submitted)
– NeurA-MAP (critical observatory of neuroarchitecture and neurodesign)
These collaborations fuel the collective’s thinking and anchor it in a growing interdisciplinary network.
